Looks like that lifting eye isn't quite sturdy enough for a type C 🤔

I'd appreciate your recommendation for the correct type - I am on a learning curve!
It's definitely a type C. Those lifting eyes on the cap are normally removed once the box is installed and screwed back in the cap from the inside. It's the same size as used for type A's and type B's, seeing as this box is twice the weight the poor lifting eye is a bit bent.
