Notifications

You receive notifications when: your postbox submission is approved or rejected; your correction is approved or rejected; someone adds a comment on a postbox you submitted or commented on; and in some cases when a photo you added is approved. Notifications help you track the outcome of your contributions without checking each page.

Open Notifications from the main navigation (or from your Profile). The notifications page lists your alerts, with the newest first. Each item can link through to the relevant postbox or page. You must be logged in to see notifications.

You can mark a single notification as read by opening it or using the mark-read action. Use "Mark all as read" to clear the unread count. You can also delete individual notifications. The unread count appears on the Notifications link in the menu so you can see at a glance when you have new updates.
