Charles III postboxes carry the CR royal cypher (also written C III R) and mark the current reign from 2022 onwards. Royal cypher: King Charles III (CR).

New installations and repainted boxes are gradually introducing the Charles III cypher. Early CR boxes are worth recording while the rollout is still under way.
