Submission Guidelines
What to do and what to avoid when submitting postboxes to keep the map accurate and useful.
Do
Submit postboxes you have personally verified. Provide accurate location (use the map to pinpoint). Include a clear, well-lit photo when possible. Include the correct reign and type; use the Identification Guide if unsure. Add optional details (subtype, manufacturer, town, county, grid reference) when you know them. Submit corrections for existing postboxes if you spot errors. Be patient; moderators review every submission.
Don't
Don't submit duplicates; check the map first to see if the postbox is already there. Don't submit postboxes from photos found online without permission or verification. Don't submit false or misleading information. Don't spam or submit multiple duplicates. Don't submit inappropriate or offensive content. Duplicate or low-quality submissions may be rejected.
